According to the actual situation, the implementation of One-Card Project in Sanitation System could be divided into several steps:Under the condition that information system of every hospital is maintained, the care card data exchange will be completed for all hospitals under the Municipal Health Bureau's data center;After consummating/improving the intercommunication among hospitals, the hospital end operation system will be unified step by step, to pave way for the intercommunication for all medical data;After consummating the operation link, the data mining will be carrying out in the data center of Health Bureau, providing the Health Bureau with real-time dynamic information on its subordinate hospitals' daily operation condition, enabling real-time management for all medical manage data, analysis and management for disease control, epidemic situation report, financial statistics, providing precise and reliable base for the Health Bureau's decision.
