Design And Implementation Of Data Sharing Management System For Coal Construction Group

Today, with the prosperity and development of the Internet, web applications have become an essential part of the daily work. In business, people are no longer satisfied with independent, fragmented office applications.In corporation, the interactive system of data resources is needed to establish to enable fast and efficient data dialogue between the head office and all branches, and simple and convenient data transfer in various departments. While the company’s data management becomes more safe and orderly forming a unified import and export data, and on this basis to achieve the integration, compilation, analysis of data sources, providing relevant data to support decision-making.This article is based on the current status of Coal Construction Group Corporation, using the C#language as the main language written with Visual Studio, Oracle and other tools, and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) development framework to design and develop data sharing management systems. The data sharing management system is a management system for the major work of the Coal Construction Group, The author is responsible for the following two sub-modules in the system:data management and business administration.Data management module implements data upload management, audit management, inventory management, retrieval management, maintenance management and statistical analysis management of company’s main business. Employees can perform data queries and information management through the system. Business management module realizes the management of supervision team engineering information management, task management and device management. Decision-makers can examine, approve, distribute and adjust the work through the system. Data sharing management system is used to manage the company’s main business-engineering supervision. Through an efficient and orderly transfer of the various stages of data between the various departments, the quality control, schedule control, investment control and contract control of the supervision project is achieved. Strengthen information exchange, so that management and decision support do combine to dramatically improve enterprise efficiency.The system basically includes all the functions that a data sharing management system should have. The project is currently being beta stage. Data management module and business management module that the author designed is normal, not only to meet the needs of employees, but also each module is scalable, enabling system upgrades and expansion.
