Today telecommunication carriers are facing a lot of challenges and opportunities. Their customers and types of business are getting more and more plentiful and diversified, which makes carriers'business system and management system become more and more expanded and complicated. How to coordinate well among various business system and management system and make them a unified and interoperable system becomes a problem for carriers to solve emergently. Big Account Marketing and Management Support System of Fixed Communication Carriers (hereinafter to be referred as Marketing and Management Support System) is just an effective method to solve this problem. This article provides demand analysis, design and realization of Marketing and Management Support System from the perspective of plentiful customers and business. This article also analyzes the application of J2EE multi-layer system structure and frame technology in virtual software projects.This article analyzes current customer status of Beijing Unicom Big Account Service Center in detail. Aiming the 1,000 big accounts including government customers, important politician customers, finance customers, media customers, foreign enterprise customers, state-owned customers and merchant customers, etc and plenty of business customers, this article digs out these customers'potential business demand in the perspective of different customers and different industries and addresses different demands on customer information management, marketing and sales management, various data statistic analysis, daily work management and system management. Through collecting and sorting big accounts'management demands, demands input is finalized to the system. And for these customers, detailed customer information management, marketing and sales management, statistic and analysis management, daily work management are deployed so as to closely understand the trend of these customers and deploy the company's business into these customers'business applications in time so as to guide the customers'demand and utilization. For these demands, modularization design will be made, testing examples will be edited and acceptance tests will be made in the Marketing and Sales Management Support System.Aiming at Beijing Unicorn's current diversified and complicated fixed network management, this article develops the Marketing and Sales Management Support System and aming at J2EE the system is designed. Its main work include demonstration of required tools and related technology of the Marketing and Sales Management Support System, addressing application scope and business demand of the Marketing and Sales Management Support System, discussion on the structure design of the Marketing and Sales Management Support System and detailed classification of each module and each module's function of the Marketing and Sales Management Support System. This article also discusses required technology to design the system in detail and finally Java is selected as the editing language and J2EE frame structure and XML technology are selected for the Marketing and Sales Management Support System. At last, this article discusses Beijing Unicorn's overall business demands and corresponding function module classification. And Focus is on how to cover all the business demands of multi-customer, multi-business and multi-function and how to classify the corresponding modules. Thus this article completes the whole design of the Marketing and Sales Management Support System.
