Design And Implementation Of Networked Video Monitoring System Based On Internet Protocol Network

In recent years, with the rapid development of multimedia technology, computer networks and communication technology, a new kind of digital video monitoring and control system has been coming forth. Digital video monitoring and control system is a new monitoring platform which is based on the development of IP camera. It is particularly reflected in distinguishing feature of digital video monitoring system, multimedia applications and intelligent management, of which makes fully display the combination of the modern information technology and monitoring technology. This article is aimed to expound the researching and attempt to combine the image technology and IP technology with each other. As a result, we can improve the old image operation mode which can enhance the feasibility of the system and make the whole system performance much better.This article focuses on the three levels of researching this system: implementation skill, design issues and measure of implementation.As technically saying, there is a detailed analysis for the system of video monitoring technology. Particularly, it describes some of the technical characteristics of this system, such as monitoring camera, image transmission technology, system control technology, terminal display and so on. These technologies are very necessary to construct a complete video monitoring system. Then, we give full analysis of the demand of video monitoring system and show the practical significance of which the rapid development of these technologies will bring to the society.By design the system, this article introduce the design of network architecture, the software architecture, function module partition, interface module and database structure in the video monitoring system, which is based on the design principle and criterion of the IP video monitoring. This article also explains the critical requirements.As the summary, these are some achievements of this research as follows:The IP video monitoring system makes the system much better with the recent mainstream IT technology. It also improves the reliability, usability, and intellectual nature of the system. And basing on requirement analysis, we give system design and programming implementation, it can be used by real video monitoring project. Meanwhile, this paper may help hardware manufacturers to better understand the IP video monitoring system, so that the manufacturers can provide the users with better and faster service than ever.
