With the rapid development of economy, the scale of factories is expanding continuously. Modern enterprises pay more attention to the construction of the security monitoring system. In terms of problems of old equipment, single function, poor system interaction of the traditional factory security monitoring mode, this paper presents a design and implementation scheme of the factory security and monitoring system based on embedded technology with the main content as follows:(1) An overall design scheme of the factory security and monitoring system based on embedded technology is put forward. In terms of the system, this paper uses S3C2440 processor as the hardware core with the Linux operating system the core of the software.(2) Completed the construction of the system hardware platform, including USB interface circuit, JTAG interface circuit, a CMOS interface circuit, audio interface circuit, and SD card circuit network interface circuit.(3) The platform for system software is built with the establishment of cross compiler environment, U-Boot transplantation, configuration and tailoring of the kernel file of Linux and design of root file system for minimum yaffs2 network being included.(4) According to the hardware device used in this system, the driver is developed with the compiling of driver programmer of CMOS camera, the compiling of driver programmer of SD card, transplantation of driver programmer of WIFI network card and transplantation of driver programmer of UDA1341 vocal card being included.(5) Video surveillance system is built with the transplantation of video server mjpgstreamer, the building of inserted web server, the realization of video image capture based on the V4L2 joint and the realization of TCP/IP network video data transmission being included.(6) Compiling of client software with three categories being included:PC, Mobile and webpage. The design and implementation of real-time video, audio data transmission, real-time temperature and humidity data acquisition, video storage, view, dynamic target detection and alarm functions is completed as well.Finally, based on the completion of the system software and hardware platform, the functional testing of the system is carried out. The test results show that:this factory security monitoring system is stable and reliable to meet the needs of daily security monitoring in the factory with the overall expected effectiveness being reached.
