Laboratory is a prerequisite for the running of universities, which has a direct impact on the school's education and scientific research. At present, the traditional laboratory management can not meet the requirements of education management information, thus it is a top priority to further improve the school laboratory management, update management tools to improve efficiency, it is all urgent requirement system based on Web with adaptability expansibility reusability,reliability and maintainability.This thesis designs a set of information management system based on B/S integrated laboratory, including routine laboratory management, laboratory teaching management, experimental asset management, open test management by the research on the laboratory management of Suzhou Vocational University, the combination with the actual situation of the school and the adoption of the reference standard "Basic Course Teaching Laboratory Assessment Methods and Standards of the University" and the "Education Management Information Standard (the First Part of the School Management Information Standards) " issued by the Ministry of Education and object-oriented technology and component-based design method. The paper mainly completes the following work:1. The Research on the development and current situation at home and abroad of the Laboratory Information Management System.2. The modeling of using the UML modeling mechanism based on analysis on the laboratory information management system.3. The design and development of Laboratory Information Management System of Suzhou Vocational University by the triple B/S structure and a detailed description of the system design, development, and system security measures and other issues.The design and implementation of the System will greatly enhance the present equipment management efficiency and the laboratory utilization efficiency and it is useful to complete network environment campus information management system data sharing, which has some practical value and theoretical significance.
