Referee Level Examination System Design And Implementation

Referees have different levels of qualifications, which were acquired by undergoing theoretical examinations, including competition rules and referees law and qualified for referee requirements, level of qualification certificate issued by the appropriate approval authority of the executive branch,attaining the rank of qualification certificates, issued by the appropriate approvalled authority of the executive branch. Referee grade examination management has a heavy workload, involving in all aspects, from candidate registration, information collation, results entry, score publishing requires a lot of manpower, especially in recent years, many colleges and universities will be three, two referee training, exam to qualify as training students ideological quality, psychological quality, an important part of the development of comprehensive quality. However, from the current development situation, the referee grade examination management still remains in paper files, manual labor times, corresponding to complete stand-alone system or to use, but because the management of a single stand-alone system, and the lack of openness, leading students through a network query results conducted high frequency of errors, but also to test management work adds to the challenge.In this thesis, after a comprehensive analysis of the current status of the system and the investigation of the actual needs of a university post in Zhejiang, and taking advantage of NET MNC three research institutions, the online query system can ultimately achieve more than 50 registered referees final exam scores, including content online registration, performance management and information management through the system can also be designed and ultimately, the system the system can be integrated test operating conditions based on the actual situation.Final results show that the system is running normally, and all functions can be achieved. Candidates can log in through the system and query the related results, it is good for the popularization of information technology development and improvs the work efficiency and lays a solid foundation.
