Images of brain with CT scanner were converted to DICOM images, and displayed in 2D mode. Bleeding part was segmented from normal tissue of brain using 3D segmentation arithmetic.Results:A lots of patients'CT images were segmented with the 3DsymRG arithmetic. Seven patients'forty images were picked up randomly. The results of segment were analyzed by comparing the program with doctor. There was not obvious difference in statistics (P=0.229>0.05).Conclusions:3D segmentation of encephalic bleeding achieved with the program rapidly and accurately.
