CRM is Customer Relationship Management. This concept was originally proposed by the Gartner Group, and recently popular in the enterprise e-commerce. The main meaning of CRM is detect detailed information of customers through in-depth analysis to increase customer satisfaction, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprise.To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, to achieve competitive victory, organizational system, to optimize business processes, to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, to improve business efficiency and profitability of the practice, is CRM function. CRM is continuous improvement all business processes to a company. CRM is creating advanced information technology, hardware and software, and optimizing management methods, combined solutions.ZW Corporation is a company as an example to demonstrates how to build a CRM System. This article describe CRM description, supplier chosen, demand research, demand analysis, development test, training to describe how to process entire implementation. In order to enhance project quality, we have adopted the agile method way. When occur the business problem, we will discuss as soon as possible. Thinking into the person and person's communication more important than the documents. Carrying on the iteration-like development, using test driven development, using surface driven method the way. This article introduce all sorts of difficulties which will occur on the implementation process, and provide the solution. This article will summarize some experiences help who ambitious in develops the new CRM system or maintains the CRM system's provides the reference. This article is also valuable to the professor who building information management system as OA, ERP.
