With the development and popularization of VR technology, more and more CG producers begin to devote themselves into VR projects, so CG-VR projects come out. As the platforms of VRGIS and VRP become popular, the number of CG-VR projects increase gradually. However, a CG-VR project often needs a lot of resources such as fund, manpower and equipment. How to manage these resources and the project process scientifically and reasonably is badly in need of solution in CG-VR projects management.This thesis which is based on the research of the workflow and management feature of CG-VR projects develops the CG-VR projects and resources management system which provides a integrated management platform with powerful functions to CG-VR companies. Through this platform, the administrator of a CG-VR company can easily manage the CG-VR projects and resources. Meanwhile, this platform plays an essential role in development process optimization and strategic decision assistance. The design and development of CG-VR projects and resources management system has a bright CG-VR characteristic and this is the innovation in this thesis.The CG-VR projects and resources management system which is a web-based management platform is based on ASP.NET MVC architecture and.NET development platform, using the language of C# and SQL Server 2005 database. The main research work of this thesis is as follows:1. Summing up the workflow and management feature of CG-VR projectsThis thesis sums up the workflow and management feature of CG-VR projects on the foundation of consulting many data and summing up experience of CG-VR projects.2. System demands analysis and function framework designThis thesis researches and generates the system demands according to analyze the workflow and management feature of CG-VR projects. The system function framework has been designed on the foundation of system demands analysis.3. Database analysis and system safety design This thesis performs the structure design and detailed design of the database based on the database demands analysis. Meanwhile, considering the risk on the web and the demands of system security, the safety design uses code encryption and information inputted validity checking of users.4. System framework design and functionAccording to the research of the workflow and management feature of CG-VR projects, this thesis designs the system framework, realizes two main functions-CG-VR projects management and resources management and successfully develops the CG-VR projects and resources management system.Through the research on the above aspects, this thesis has realized the CG-VR projects and resources management system. The system realizes the standard and intelligent management in CG-VR companies. It has effectively improved the efficiency of project management and pushed forward the digital management process of CG-VR projects.
