This paper deeply studies the system architecture and design scheme of a Steelmaking Quality Information Management System Based on Web, Which is on the background of a large-scaled domestic steelmaking enterprise's quality demand analysis, combined with the data mining theory.With the progress and development of our society, in in the steel enterprise's quality management have occured great changes in the fields of content and method. The traditional quality management mode can't effectively solve the existing quality management problems, such as single function, poor universality, poor integration, poor expandability, poor cross-platform running, and so on. In order to improve the reusability, this paper develop the general algorithm in the form of Web service by using data mining theory and statistical analysis technology, At the same time, this paper uses the Web server technology to construct software architecture and develop quality information management system based on Web, which not only makes the system have the perfect quality analysis function, but also adapts the enterprise to application environment's heterogeneous and distribution characteristics, what's more, it meets the function reusability and expandability demand of the system.This research mainly includes the analysis of system structure, software structure and function structure, at the same time, it proposes three web service examples scheme, including data extraction, data processing and clustering analysis, in this paper, several key technologies' achievement method are detailedly discussed, such as Web service development, system integration and client calling service mechanism, and so on. Finally, the whole system's application was demonstrated with the actual data of certain kind of steel in this steelworks. Finally, the paper uses the practical data to verify the system.By using Web service technology to construct system architecture, the system's function have been improved greatly, such as integration, expandability, environment heterogeneous. At the same time, developping function algorithm modules with Web service form makes the system support cross-platform calling, convenient third-party integration, also raised the efficiency of application system development.
