Environmental impact assessment puts great emphasis on prediction and evaluation of surface water quality, which cause related software and systems developed rapidly as more and more attention have been paying to environment protection. Lakes and reservoirs are the most important part of surface water,but its water pollution and eutrophication problem are already becoming the worldwide difficulty,it also an environmental handicap for the development of our country. Analysis,simulate prediction and evaluation of lakes and reservoirs water are the key to solve this problem.The thesis raised in this thesis takes lakes and reservoirs in surface water environment as an example, designed a system which helps decision-making in environmental impact assessment and also a system module which designed for Water quality quality synthetic evaluation and europhication rank evaluation, making the water problem manifest in Synthesis and europhication both two side. Our works provide new ideas and methods for improving environmental decision-making management software.Based on present actual situation, the thesis takes prediction evaluation of lakes and reservoirs water quality as the main study object, which focusing on building system module for prediction evaluation of water quality, and aiming for implementing system for prediction evaluation of surface water quality based on VC++technique. We did the following work:(1) Present environmental pollution status quo of our country, detailed analysis of present lakes and reservoirs pollution in particular have been consulted and investigated. We have illuminated the importance of immediate solving of europhication for lakes and reservoirs. We have brought forward purpose of the study and its significance based on relevant information and collated development status quo of environmental decision-making system in our country.(2) According actual study and objective of the subject, we design decision-making system which maneuverable and applicable for various condition of surface water quality prediction and evaluation in our country. We select maneuverable pollution factor for our system according to guideline standards of prediction evaluation of water environment.(3) We have designed prediction module for persistent pollutants, non-persistent pollutants, and bases pollutants respectively based on understanding and contrast of research findings of domestic and foreign water quality models and water quality assessment methods and lakes and reservoirs water quality prediction model recommended by environmental impact assessment guidelines. We have also Contrasted Various Water quality assessment methods,and finally designed water quality factor assessment module based on the integration of Single factor assessment method and Quality synthetic evaluation method. Comprehensive nutrition index method are used to design the module of europhication rank evaluation.(4) We implement "surface water quality prediction evaluation system-the part of lakes and reservoirs" with object oriented programming technique on VC++ system design platform. All of the river-related prediction models researched in this paper have been integrated into the system. We have completed a part of the surface water decision-making system.(5) Use Monitor data of willow lake to Confirmation the system, Contrast of module computing results and measured values shows that most of the functions can be carried out by the system and the prediction evaluation data are creditable.(6) Final part of this thesis consists of methods for improving system, selecting models and debugging programs and research findings and future work.
