| When the mode'election, training, elimination and final'was deployed on most of TV reality shows in China and eventually transferred to a conventional pattern, a brand new and speical reality show named'TV reality show-survival game'emerged, popularized and succeeded. American CBS's TV show'Survival', as the origin of TV reality survival game has contributed significantly on increasing the audience rate from its first show in 2000 to the 20th season'Good and Evil Hegemony'in 2010. This paper will use'Survival'programme's videos as direct research material to investigate structure and path to success of the programme so that what we learn from'Survival'can help domestic Television staff deal with our defects in creation of this kind of TV programme and find the appropriate entry and the balance point of public interest and comerical interest, cultural value and entertaining value, and imitation and domestic molding. |
