Thus, the study of talk show became popular in media and communication field. With the deepening of Opening and Reform and the advance of social democracy, and the continuous upgrading of communication technology, Chinese are increasingly aware of express their own opinion and more eager to communicate with each other. In the meantime, people are expecting the depth reports from public media about these ever-emerging conflicts and new phenomenon. In China, the TV as a quite influential media to connect the inpersonal communication and mass communication, has entering into a chaotic opinon market.Whether can the program form of the talk show shoulder the positive cultural resposibility? The quantity of talk show in China is huge. However, the quality of these show were far from being satisfactory.
