The Research On Methods Of The Rules For Internet Public Domain Of China

Since the Reform and Opening-Up, alongside with the adjustment of state-society relations, the establishment of socialist market economic structure and the development of democratic politics, the civil society in China has blossomed rapidly, heavily influencing on every aspects of Human politics, economics, societies and cultures. As a result, how to take the chances when facing the challenges? How to research on the various patterns of the development in civil society and its localization methods?Under the current circumstances of globalizing and webifying, the development and popularization of networking and information technology raises and forms public opinions from internet, which are the extensions of public domain. As a new platform for free-talk and public relations, internet public domain, which is growing with the help of internet technology, embodies the textural elements and basic values in developing a civil society, and evidently becomes a new driving force for development of the civil society in China. From a perspective of view based on the theory of civil society, the main research directions of this thesis are:analyzing the problems on internet public domain in our country and combining with our national conditions; the methods of localizing the rules for internet public domain, on the purpose of driving the civil society forward.
