Research And Design On E-government Uniform Approval Platform

With the development of computer technology and network, e-government service has become one which of important keys to transform our government to the service-oriented government.E-administrative approval is an essential element to achieve e-government.How to build a virtual online platform for administrative approval is an important issue which all levels of government concern and also one of the hot research spots of many enterprises and institutions.First,this paper analyzes the current status of e-government and administrative approval system in our country as well as our own province.Then,it makes a conclusion to the shortcomings and problems of our province's administrative approval system,which urgently need to be resolved.In addition,it proposes the constructive needs of e-government uniform administrative approval platform.Second,this paper analyzes the needs of the administrative approval platform,which mainly describe the various users'needs and the non-functional requirements of the platform.Third,this paper describes the key technology sucha sa workflow and data exchange used on the administrative approval platform.Fourth,this paper designs the basic architecture, security design, functional design and other important functions's implementations of the platform based on needs. And it focuses on the design and realization of the workflow engine, workflow instance and data exchange.In the end, this paper point out the problems that the system can further study and the prospect of the administrative approval platform's future onstruction.
