Research On Application Of Data Exchange Platform Based On XML In The Center Of The Administrative Licensing

With the continuous development of China’s e-government, the reform of theadministrative examination and approval system, the implementation of the Internetin the construction of administrative examination and approval process,"informationisland " has become a serious obstacle to the development of online administrativeapproval on the road.In this thesis,the administrative center of Tianjin administrative licensingapproval in the background, the development of a data exchange platform based onXML technology. The thesis includes the following tasks:(1) Through access and collect data to study the current state of development ofChina’s foreign and online administrative examination and approval, to study the dataexchange technology. XML related technologies for a systematic study, good supportfor XML-based data exchange, choose XML as an intermediate data format for dataexchange.(2) Requirements analysis phase, the business needs to be analyzed, the externalnetwork reporting system, the network line-trial system, data exchange platformmanagement capabilities and data exchange functions use case modeling. No dataexchange platform for the introduction of enterprises to set up the approval processwas modeled after the introduction of data exchange platform, enterprisetransformation processes after setting up the approval process modeling. Throughdata modeling, data information exchange designed some class diagram.(3) The system was designed. According to the center ’s network and thevarious commissions license bureau stationed private network, a network architecturedesign data exchange platform systems, business systems through licensing centersand various commissions deployment Bureau survey, conducted computingarchitecture designed to determine development platform for the data architecturedesign, through the design interface, clear content and format of data exchange, dataexchange platform for the analytic hierarchy structure, and function of each moduleare designed.(4) System implementation, the realization of the entire process of dataexchange, on some key issues, have also been achieved, such as the rules for data exchange, data extraction implementation, data analysis and databaseimplementations and data connections to achieve sending and receiving realization.Exchanged by the data platform to solve the licensing center line of the trialsystem and the central network portals, Trade and Industry Bureau row trial system,the Quality Supervision Bureau of the line-trial system, the Inland RevenueDepartment and the Public Security Bureau in the line-trial system can notimmediately communicate line trial data.
