With the further development of the Internet in China, the informatization construction of enterprises or business units has a certain scale. Platform, the website system and some online application has also become a publicity window. Because of hardware and software, many websites cannot quickly follow large amounts of information derivatives and business mode reform, and large amounts of time, manpower and material are needed to process the contents of renewal and the maintenance. The features of the contents release of enterprises and institutions are:rich information, strict content, abundant pictures and words, lots of formats, rapid updating and perfect investigating mechanism. With the increase of information, its management difficulty and costs are relevantly rising. Therefore, content management system will be effective to solve this problem, it uses scientific and normative management means to control the content, can separate the content on the website (text, pictures, etc.) from the component of the site, and connects all pages together to display them in the way of controlling pages.Based on the basic CMS content management system and design patterns, in accordance with the practical conditions of Lanzhou Institute of Technology Network Management Center, the thesis adopts B/S structure, the application of ASP and VBScript technology to design and implement a content delivery platform. Due to the characteristics of content management system, it has many interactivities with database, and management of the "content" in quantity is huge. Because of the large amount of data interactivities, the same data will be extracted many times, which may cause a waste of resources. Aiming at this issue, this thesis adopts the database interactions of the information chip technology, which alleviates the pressure of the database and effectively improves the efficiency of the system.Finally, the test system meets the design requirements, according to its characteristics of strong practice, lowering the enterprise system operation cost. The WYSIWYG editing environment, the special content pages easy deployment system, easily realize the dynamic content release. The open system alleviates the data pressure effectively.
