On New Engineering Colleges Practical Teaching System Construction

New Engineering Colleges is a product of the development of higher education in our country. It is to adapt to the international modern engineering and engineering education trends.It is a necessity in the development of higher education.The students who are trained in New Engineering Colleges,will be technology-oriented expertise in Engineering. And, engineering practice of a scientific and rational system of practical teaching is a necessary and sufficient way to achieve training objectives.This paper adopted literature research,Empirical research,method of comparison research.This paper expounded New Engineering Colleges school location,characteristics,personnel training location, and had done a comparison on five kinds of practical teaching model at home and abroad,and put forward practice of teaching content system, practice teaching conditions to protect and practice teaching quality assessment and monitoring are three elements of practical teaching system.The Ministry of Education has implemented a "Quality Project" that is to promote construction of practical teaching system of New Engineering Colleges. Around the three elements of practical teaching system commenced discussion, and practical teaching construction in the actual situation of Fujian University of Technology as an example, with a view to help the New Engineering Colleges.
