With the development of modern science and technology,the use of electronic equipment is more and more frequent,among which the demand for the use of security monitoring equipment is growing day by day.More and more industries use the means of video monitoring to ensure the safe operation of the industry.With the development of higher education in China,the number of students increases year by year,which leads to the gradual expansion of the scale of colleges and universities and the gradual increase of contact with the outside world.The high density of students and the intervention of social groups determine that the campus has not been able to achieve the safety of the old university.Students’ internal disputes,water and electricity and other accidental injuries,all kinds of problems perplex the safety work of campus.Therefore,in order to strengthen the construction of campus security system and make the school a safe and harmonious campus for students,parents and the society,it is imperative to establish campus video monitoring system.Based on the actual situation of a vocational college,this thesis develops a campus video monitoring system covering the whole campus,which has complete modules and functions,including image broadcast,video,cloud mirror control and so on.The system can also analyze the screen simply by intelligent unit,alarm the abnormal situation automatically,and improve the automatic function of the system.In view of the distortion of the monitoring picture caused by the construction,hardware aging and other reasons in the use environment of the system,the system designed the picture real-time monitoring function for the common abnormal pictures such as noise and brightness,so as to ensure the timely troubleshooting and the effectiveness of the system.By satisfying the basic functions of campus monitoring,the system greatly assists the security work of campus security personnel,improves the campus security coefficient and the efficiency and effect of campus security office.The automatic alarm function and real-time monitoring function ensure the stability and practicability of the system.It provides a feasible plan for the current situation of open colleges and universities,and makes up for the defects and deficiencies of the pure human security work.
