Chinese secondary vocational eduction is at new stage. The old performance examination of secondary vocational school already can not meet the requirement of secondary vocational eduction. Therefore reform of the performance examination is urgent. Employing documentary way, comparing way and case study, based on home and oversea relative research, the paper delves into performance examination of secondary vocational school. It focuses on the operative mechanism and standard of performance examination of the teacher of the school and summarize its points for attention. According to recent trend of secondary vocational education, the paper establishes the performance examination system in new era so as to manage teacher scientifically and to improve school administration's methods and models. Thus, education quality of the school is improved and the development of school and secondary vocational education are boosted.
