Vocational education plays an important role in China’s education and modern education.It is an important way to cultivate high-quality professional and skilled talents for the country,Vigorously developing vocational education is of far-reaching significance to the realization of science and education and talents.The country puts vocational education in a key position.Every secondary vocational school is faced with opportunities and challenges.If a secondary vocational school wants to take the express train of the country’s vigorous development of vocational education,and to improve the scale and quality of running a school,it must strengthen the overall level of the core force of the teaching staff,so it is perfect and perfect The teacher performance appraisal system is particularly important.This thesis first introduces the background and research significance of performance appraisal in secondary vocational schools,and expounds the status quo of performance appraisal in secondary vocational schools at home and abroad.Secondly,I will give a general explanation of the basic concepts of "performance","performance appraisal" and "secondary vocational school" involved in this thesis,and explain and explain theories related to the research on teacher performance appraisal and the arguments of this thesis,including development Performance appraisal theory,incentive theory and fairness theory.Once again,this thesis takes the municipal engineering school of T city as the research object,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,sorts out the problems that exist in the school’s teacher performance appraisal,and analyzes the formulation and implementation stages of the teacher performance appraisal system,as well as the determination and results of the teacher’s performance appraisal system.The problems in the feedback stage were summarized separately,and the causes were deeply analyzed.Finally,corresponding improvement ideas and measures are proposed for the problems existing in the performance appraisal of the school.Based on the research on the teacher performance appraisal system of T city jin Municipal Engineering School,this thesis hopes to play a theoretical role in the scientific reform of teacher performance appraisal,and also hopes to provide reference for other secondary vocational schools facing the same difficulties in the development of teacher performance appraisal.
