The occupation qualification certificate of practical examination is to confirm whether candidates have the ability to serve the qualification certificate,the candidates pay more attention to practical ability of students,cooking ability objectively reflected,become a student looking for important related work documents.The main purpose of ensuring student students through the occupation qualification certificate is a practical exam in secondary vocational school.Today,the examination standard of our country vocational school culinary professional occupation qualification certificate for practical examination is perfect,certain achievements.But at the same time,there are still some problems can not be resolved.Whether the examination standard is reasonable or not directly determines the fairness and rationality of the examination.So we need to strengthen the corresponding and the needle of vocational school culinary professional occupation qualification certificate examination standard operation management,to guarantee the fairness of the examination,ensure the qualification certificate of value.This paper first explores the background and significance of the topic,at the same time to explore the domestic and foreign research on this topic,and introduces the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,this paper selects the students who are studying in P school and S school in Dalian as the subjects,to investigate the way of questionnaire survey,to understand their views on the subject.At the same time to interviews with some about vocational school culinary professional occupation qualification certificate for practical examination experts to communicate,understand the expert views on the question.Finally,through summarizing the domestic and foreign research results and the investigation results in this paper,the reason of current vocational school culinary professional occupation qualification certificate for practical examination and the formation of the problem is analyzed in detail,and put forward the corresponding measures to improve China's Secondary Vocational School of culinary professional occupation qualification examination certificate of practical norms set scientific and fairness.
