Clinical Observation On Treating The Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With The Pen Ning Decoction Combined With Antibiotic

Objective: clinical observation the curative effect of treating hot and damp stasis pelvic inflammatory by penning decoction combinged with antibiotic. Methods:the 60 CPID patients were divided into two groups randomly :the treatment group(treating with the Pen ning decoction combined with antibiotic) 30 cases and the control group(treating with antibiotic) 30 cases. Symptoms and physical signs of each group were obsearved before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 96.67%,73.33%;while the total effective rate of the syndrome of TCM were 96.67%, 70.00%;the total effective rate of physical sign were 90.00%,66.67%.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05). The treatment group is better than the control group in the improve cardinal sympton and physical sign,There was statistical significance difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Pengningtang combine antibiotic treatment on this disease can obtain good curative effect,and it deserves to be spread and studied in the clinic.
