| Objective To study the effect of PenNing Granule group with gavage and clyster on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (CPID) in the blood theology. To observe the analgesic effect of PenNing Granule group with gavage and clyster in mice. Supply experiment and theory basis for traditional Chinese medicine treating CPID.Methods The models of CPID were made by injection of phenic giue. The rats were randomly divided into six groups:the normal control group, the model control group, the Gentamicin group, the Kangfu Xiaoyan shuan group, the PenNing Granule group with gavage and the PenNing Granule group with gavage and clyster. These Tats were fasted for12h after the last administration to get abdominal aorta blood, which were used to get the indicators of blood theology. The mice were randomly divided into five groups:the normal control group, the Gentamicin group, the Kangfu Xiaoyan shuan group, the PenNing Granule group with gavage and the PenNing Granule group with gavage and clyster, which were injected0.6%Glacial acetic acid after60min of the last administration to observe the analgesic effect of PenNing Granule group with gavage and clyster.Results Compared with the model group, the whole blood viscosity, Hematocrit, Red blood cell count, Blood sedimentation rate, K value of blood sedimentation rate, Erythrocyte aggregation, Erythrocyte electrophoresis time and Carson viscosity of blood theology, PenNing Granule group with gavage and clyster were Significant difference(P<0.01orP<0.05); Compared with the normal group, the writhing frequency of PenNing Granule group with gavage and clyster were significantly decreased (P<0.01), while compared with the aspirin group, this group was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The PenNing Granule group with gavage and clyster in model rats of CPID can significantly improve the status of blood theology; And The PenNing Granule, especially gavage and clyster group, also have some analgesic effect. |
