Clinical Observation Of Tuoli Xiaodu Decoction In The Treatment Of Traumatic Osteomyelitis With Antibiotic Bone Cement Chain Beads

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tuoli Xiaodu Decoction in the treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis with antibiotic bone cement chain beads.Methods:According to the case selection criteria, retrospective analysis from January 2011 to March 2013,hospitalized patients with traumatic chronic osteomyelitis,a total of 60 cases,male 43 cases,female 17 cases.Divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group(30 cases)on the basis of different therapeutic methods.The treatment methods: treatment group:Tuoli Xiaodu Decoction combined with debridement and implantation of antibiotic bone cement chain beads;control group-.Tuoli Xiaodu Decoction and implantation of antibiotic bone cement chain beads.Analysis comparison of the treatment group and the control group about the clinical index of anti infection,infectious status of wound,the required time of wound bacteria becoming negative,the total effective rate and recurrence rate.Results:Comparison between treatment group and control group:There were no statistically significant differences of the clinical index of anti infection between preoperative 1 day and postoperative 3 days(P>0.05),statistically significant differences of the clinical index of anti infection postoperative 4 weeks(P<0.05),statistically significant differences of infectious status of wound(P<0.05),statistically significant differences of the required time of wound bacteria becoming negative (P<0.05),statistically significant differences of the total effective rate (P<0.05)and statistically significant differences of recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is an effective therapeutic method of the treatment of traumatic osteomy-elitis with Tuoli Xiaodu Decoction combined with antibiotic bone cement chains.
