The Clinical Research Of Renshenbaidu Powder Treating AIDS With Deficiency Of Qi Cold Type

Objective: This study aimed to observe the effectiveness of Chinese medicine Renshenbaidu powder on AIDS with Qi deficiency cold type patients' clinical signs and symptoms,then evaluate the clinical efficacy and to explore the theoretical basis and development of Chinese medicine on AIDS with Qi deficiency cold type treatment.Research methods:Select 40 cases of AIDS with Qi deficiency cold type from Hubei province Chinese medicine prevent and treat AIDS pilot,in the period of Oct 2014 to Dec 2015.Including male 24 cases and female 16 cases,then randomly divided into Renshenbaidu Powder plus minus party group and Compound Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules(New Contac)control group.Two groups are both using "highly active antiretroviral therapy"(HAART)to treat AIDS.1.Treatment method: each group's subjects take corresponding medicine.20 patients of ginseng antiphlogistic powder plus minus party group,take ginseng antiphlogistic powder granules,2 times / day,take one week,the control group take new Contac,1 pill / 12 hours,take one week.2.Observation index :Record the clinical symptom score before and after taking medicine,complete blood count.Based on the comparison result of the treatment group and control group,evaluation Renshenbaidu powder plus minus party effectiveness of Chinese medicine symptoms and signs scores on AIDS with Qi deficiency cold type.3.Statistical methods: All data were analyzed by using software SPSS22.0.All measurement date using standard deviation(?± S),the samples were in accord with normal distribution and homogeneity of variance,the two groups were compared by independent sample t test,and the paired samples t test was used before and after treatment.When the sample does not conform to the normal distribution and the variance is not homogeneous,the rank sum test is adopted.Rank sum test was used for the grade data of curative effect.p<0.05 said the difference was significant.Research results:1.After 3 days treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 70%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,no significant difference(P > 0.05);After 7 days treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 90%,no significant difference(P > 0.05);2.After 3 days treatment,the treatment group of main symptoms such as listlessness,aversion to cold,nasal congestion and secondary symptoms such as shortness of breath and anorexia,headache and body aches,runny nose,sneezing,cough were all significantly alleviated(P < 0.05).The treatment group in improvement of listlessness,shortness of breath and anorexia was better than the control group(P < 0.05).The control group of main symptoms such as aversion to cold,nasal congestion and secondary symptoms such as shortness of breath and anorexia,headache and body aches,runny nose,sneezing,cough were all significantly alleviated(P< 0.05).The main symptoms of listlessness was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The control group in improvement of nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing was better than the treatment group(P < 0.05).3.After 7 days treatment,the two groups of main symptoms of listlessness,aversion to cold,nasal congestion and secondary symptoms such as shortness of breath and anorexia,headache and body aches,runny nose,sneezing,cough were all significantly alleviated(P < 0.05).The treatment group in improvement of listlessness,shortness of breath and anorexia was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: After 7 days treatment,Renshenbaidu powder improve the symptoms and signs between the control group were purchasing.The control group in improvement of nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing was better than the treatment group(P < 0.05).The treatment group in improvement of listlessness,shortness of breath and anorexia was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Test results show that the curative effect of Renshenbaidu powder to treat AIDS with deficiency of qi cold type.A new way was Provided for clinical treatment.
