| [Objective] To test and verify the clinical therapeutic effects of ZiJingQianLieKang capsules on the treatment of chronic prostutitis (CP) belonging to damp-heat and stasis syndrome and explpore its mechanism of action.At the same time,we compared il-8 level in EPS and NIH score from man with chronic abacterial prostatitis with that from healthy man analyzed the relitionship between IL-8 level and symptoms of chronic pelvic pain syndrome analyzed ZiJingQianLieKang capsules improved the cound of IL-8 in EPS.[Methods] The total 60 cases of patients have been treated for four weeks including 30 cases in test group and 30 cases in control group.The patients in test group wre treated with ZiJin QianLieKang capsules and those in control group with QinLieTai tablets.Record and compare the clinical symptoms, hardness of prostate through touching, results of routine examination that were prostatic secretion and IL-8 of the two groups before and after treatment.The total 30 cases in test group compare with the 30 cases in normal group,at the same tine, NIH-CPSI was used to evaluate the state of CP.Enzyme-linked innmunoad sordent asays(ELISA)were used to measured IL-8.All samples were related to IL-8.All data were statistically analyzed by software SPSS11.5. [Results] The significantly effective rate and total effective rate of the test group were 53.3%,86.7%, and those of the control group were 18.9%,58.9%, respectively. ZiJinQianLieKang capsules obviously depraved EPS-WBC and increased luanlinzhixiaoti count.IL-8:patients:0.1174±0.1258 normal:0.0898±0.0884,there was significant difference of IL-8 im EPS between Cp and normal, and corelatation between IL-8 level and symptoms (p<0.05)[Conclusion] ZiJinQianLieKang capsules is significantly effective in the treatment of damp-heat and stasis syndrome of CP.there is significant differenc of IL-8 between CP and normal,and correlation between IL-8 and symptoms. |
