| Objective: To test and verify the clinical therapeutic effects of Qiankangning powder on the treatment of chronic prostutitis (CP) belonging to damp-heat and stasis syndrome and explore its mechanism of action. Methods: The total 150 cases of patients have been treated for 2 months including 90 cases in test group and 60 cases in control group. The patients in test group were treated with Qiankangning powder and those in control group with Qiankangning tablet. Record and compare the clinical symptoms, hardness of Prostate through touching, results of routine examination of prostatic secretion of the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The Curative rate, significantly effective rate, effective rate and total effective rate of the test group were 23.33%, 22.22%, 30% and 75.56% and those of the control group were 13.33%, 23.33%, 21.67% and 58.33% respectively. Qiankangning Powder obviously depraved EPS-WBC count. Conclusion: Qiankangning powder is significantly effective in the treatment of damp-heat and stasis syndrome of CP. |
