Clinical Observation Of Prostatitis Ⅰ Combined With Acupuncture For Treatment Of Type Ⅲ Prostatitis (Damp Heat And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:Observation of prostatitis II, combined with acupuncture therapeutic effect in the treatment of type III prostatitis of (damp heat stasis syndrome) and explore whether there is synergistic effect on acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of prostatitis I No.Methods:Prostatitis prostatitis acupuncture combined with age in hospital, follow the western type III prostatitis and TCM turbid sperm (damp heat and blood stasis type) related to the diagnostic criteria, in Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM andrology clinic andrology department and the Department of acupuncture and moxibustion clinic, in accordance with the voluntary, informed consent principle, into the age from 19 to 45 years old (including 19,45) Ⅲ prostatitis patients 60 cases,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group, acupuncture and medicine group of 30 cases, by Electroacupuncture bilateral Hegu and Sanyinjiao, acupuncture and moxibustion Guanyuan, awn rank edge through waterways as the basic prescription; joint I oral therapy; the control group 30 cases, with oral 1 treatment. The two groups were 2 weeks For a course of treatment, statistical results were observed after two courses of treatment. Curative effect to the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Score (NIH-CPSI), damp heat and blood stasis of TCM syndrome integral, measure prostate score and prostatic fluid palpation score, using SPSS 17.0 to score were, P< 0.05 said the results are statistically significant.Results:Acupuncture combined with clinical group markedly effective rate of 43%,93.33%, markedly effective rate of 33%, invalid rate of 6.67%, are better than simple drug treatment group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). Acupuncture combined with group of patients with TCM symptoms integral, NIH-CPSI score, prostate to diagnosis score improvement were better than simple drug treatment group, points to improve the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); the two treatment groups in prostatic fluid integral improvement of no obvious advantage, the difference was not statistically significant point significance (P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1) acupuncture combined with prostatitis I number and I number of individual prostatitis is an effective method for treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis (damp heat stasis syndrome);(2) the combined use of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and the I number of prostatitis has obvious synergistic effect;(3) acupuncture combined with prostatitis I can significantly improve the type Ⅲ prostatitis (damp heat and blood stasis syndrome) patients of NIH-CPSI score, TCM syndrome score prostate refers to examine the integral, improve the quality of life of the patients and clinical markedly effective rate, it is worthy of popularization and application.
