| Objective Discuss the clinical curative effect of Sao Xuan Ling on treating wind-heat psoriasis vulgaris and parts of mechanism of action.Methods To oberserve the clinical curative effect to 72 psoriatic of vulgaris,including treatment group 40 cases which took Sao Xuan Ling and comparison group 32 cases which took Fu Fang Qing Dai capsule. Both of them applyed Vaseline for external application. Detecting TNF-αlevel by RIA method in psoriatic blood serum and compare in pretherapy with post-treatment.Results 1. The total effective rate in treatment group is 92.50% and in comparison group is 71.88%.2. The PASI scores in each symptom are diminished between the pretherapy and post-treatment,the difference is remarkable (p<0.05).3. The treatment group in diminishing both the area and the degree of skin lesion is better than the comparison group,the difference is remarkable (p<0.05).4. Comparing the TNF-αlevel in post-treatment between the treatment group and the comparison group,the difference is remarkable (p<0.05).Conclusion This method can adjust immunity and soften inflammatory reaction, to reduce skin lesion from which reveal partial mechanism of action of this medicine to treat the psoriasis, provided the scientific basis for this medicine clinical promoted application. |
