Qing Kai Ling Injection Conduct Of Psoriasis Vulgaris In Peripheral Blood Of Patients With Cd3 + And Cd4 + And Cd8 + T-cells

Psoriasis is a common, chronic, recurrent, inflammatory disease of the skin characterized by round circumscribed erythematous dry, scaling plaques of various sizes, covered by grayish white or silvery white , imbricated, and lamellar scales.The cause of psoriasis is still unknown. With the development of the immunology, People found T cells are important in pathogensis of psoriasis. Traditional Chinese Medicine has it's own advantage in treatment this disease .This study tries to investigate Qingkailing Injection treating development psoriasis vulgaris(PV) from theoretical, clinical aspects.Theoretical part: The author reviewed T cells are important in pathogensis of psoriasis from the before study.T cells, antigen -presenting cells(APC),keratinocyte are mostly involved in the immunological pathogensis of psoriasis.The author also reviewed the changes of T cells and T cell subgroups in peripheral blood of patients with PV and Qingkailing Injection treatment psoriasis. Clinical part: Objective To sure the changes of T cells and T cell subgroups in peripheral blood of patients with PV.To investigate effections of Qingkailing Injection on T cells and T cell subgroups in peripheral blood of patients with PV. Methods The author observed 40 cases of PV, and randomly chose 20 cases as treating group and the others as contrast.The author also randomly chose 20 cases from thehealthy peoples.Patients of the treating group injected with Qingkailin Injection 10ml/kg adding into 5%GS 500ml once a day;and orally took TUHUAIYIN decoction 200ml,twice a day; and locally applied JIAWEIHUANGQINGGAO twice a day.Patients of the contrast group only orally took TUHUAIYIN decoction 200ml twice a day;and locally appliedJIAWEIHUANGQINGGAO twice a day.All patients for 4 weeks. Results T cells and T cell subgroups in peripheral blood of patients with PV were all improved in the treating group and the contrast. Conclusion Qingkailing Injection is definitely effective to PV. Qingkailing Injection not only eases symptoms of patients with PV,also improves the unbalance of T cells and T cell subgroups in peripheral blood of patients with PV.
