Clinical Observation On Acupuncture For Treatment Of Depression After Apoplexy

Objective:To observe the acupuncture in the treatment of PSD on the depression symptoms. At the same time, to compare with western medicine fluoxetine.Methods:60 PSD patients were randomly divided into two groups.All patients got basic treatment including an ti-hypertension and anti-diabetics and so on. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture,acupuncture point:baihu,shenmen,sishencong,yintan g,WindPhlegm Affects in Channels and Licer Qi Stagnation to join fenglong,yinli ngquan,tiantu,lianquan;Hyperactivity of Liver Yang and Fire to join Xingjian,xiaxi; Deficiency of Qi and Blood Syndromes,Deficiency of both Heart and Spleen to join qihai,xuehai,xinshu.pish u;Insufficiency of Kidney and Liver to join taixi,guanyuan,ganshu,shenshu.The control group was treated with fluoxetine. Patients were evaluated by the HAMD for two times before the treatment and end the treatment. By MESSS before the treatment.Results:There are significant difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment for each group within treatment and control group. P<0.05. There are no significant difference between the treatment and control groups. P>0.05Conclusion:The observe to prove the treatment group were treated by acupuncture,acupuncture point:baihu,shenmen,si shencong,yintang,and to operate in coordination syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine to join acupuncture point in the treatment of PSD emarkable,The effective rate was 93.33%, There are no significant difference between the treatment and control groups. P>0.05.
