Objective:This article aims to systematically to combine traditional Chinese and westernmedicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) contrast fluoxetine in the treatmentof depression after stroke patients to evaluate efficacy.Method:Through the system to retrieve medical database both at home and abroad, collection and evaluation of depression with fluoxetine randomized controlled trials.Result:participants included25studies,2163patients were randomized controlled trials.Using Revman5.3software for statistical analysis, results show that the joint group ofChinese and western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine group than thecontrol group in treatment of post stroke depression has obvious curative effect.Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with fluoxetine group canobviously reduce the scores of Hamilton depression rating scale joint VS fluoxetinegroup (P <0.00001, WMD3.69,95%CI (4.90~2.48) difference was statisticallysignificant, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) VS fluoxetine group (P <0.00001, WMD2.34,95%CI (4.60~0.08) difference was statistically significant;promote the recovery of neural function defect: joint group VS fluoxetine group: P <0.00001, WMD5.83,95%CI (8.94~2.73) difference was statistically significant, thetraditional Chinese medicine (TCM) VS fluoxetine group (P <0.0001WMD2.69,95%CI (4.06~1.30), the difference was statistically significant; improve thedepression after stroke patients daily life ability, improve the BI index: joint VSfluoxetine group (P <0.00001, WMD,0.00001,95%CI (11.98~22.06nostatistically significant differences, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) VS fluoxetinegroup (P <0.0001WMD8.53,95%CI (4.55~12.51) difference was statistically significant Adverse reaction analysis:25items controlled clinical trials, there are11article records the bad reaction performance and the number of cases, group133cases,control group239cases, adverse reaction rate was24.7%, while control group adversereaction rate was48.4%, in terms of safety, and Chinese and western medicinecombined set of traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously better than thecontrol group. This research shows that: Integrated Traditional Chinese and Chinese herb VSfluoxetine group were obviously better than the control group...
