Cerebral infarct also known as ischemic stroke, is due to local intra-arterial cerebral blood flow reduced or completely interrupted abruptly, causing nerve cells within a certain range, fibers, glial and vascular collapse such as the organizational structure of continuous destruction, the emergence of a series of biochemical metabolic disorders, loss of physiological functions, organizational structure, changes in the pathological process. Cerebral infarct is the most common type of cerebrovascular disease, accounting for about 70%. In terms of China's urban population, it's the first cause of death in 1975-1982, and second in 1983, the National City account for this disease to death about 2% of the total number of deaths, accounting for 16% of the total number of deaths in rural areas around. Stroke in the elderly due to death or disability of one of the main, as China's population is gradually aging, stroke risks have become increasingly prominent, therefore, aggressive prevention of stroke, and actively seeking to improve the symptoms, to alleviate suffering, improve the quality of life better treatment are more importantly in the clinical relevance and application value. Objective:The topics were used combination of Orifices scalp acupuncture therapy, resuscitation in 2 different methods of treatment of cerebral infarction, in order to observe the scalp Xingnao combination therapy is better than that of cerebral recovery application Xingnao method.Methods:69 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups Orifices scalp acupuncture therapy combined with 35 patients (treatment group),lost 3 patients, resuscitation in 34 patients (control group), lost 2 patients were given different treatment, were observed patients before and after the short form Fugl-Meyer motor score, neurological deficit scores, Barthel Index assessment and blood rheology indicators. Results:Patients in both groups to improve the FMA score, neurological deficit score and the Barthel index score, while in grade distribution between the two treatment groups showed no difference; in the motor function of efficacy, no difference between the two groups; in clinical neurological function and efficacy in life skills, between the two groups, difference was significant, treatment group was significantly better than the control group; in whole blood viscosity in patients with elevated cerebral blood rheology indicators, two groups can improve their blood rheology, blood viscosity at 1 and 5, on the whole blood viscosity, no significant difference between the two groups, and in the whole blood viscosity 30 and 200 of the improvement, the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:1. Resuscitation in combined therapy and resuscitation in head acupuncture can significantly improve both the short form in patients with cerebral infarction Fugl-Meyer motor score, neurological deficit score and Barthel basic index score, and resuscitation in the first combined Acupuncture better than application resuscitation in.2 resuscitation in combined therapy and resuscitation in head acupuncture in improving motor dysfunction in patients with grade distribution, grade distribution of nerve function and viability of the grading distribution has the same effect.3, resuscitation in combined therapy and resuscitation in head acupuncture were able to improve the elevated whole blood viscosity of blood rheology in patients with cerebral infarction, and in the whole blood viscosity 1 and 5, the two groups of blood flow patients with abnormal changes to improve the situation there was no significant difference in whole blood viscosity in 30 and 200 to improve on resuscitation in combined therapy was better than scalp application resuscitation in.
