The Clinical Research Of "the Clinical Effort Of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Treatment" At Different Time Intervals Of Acupuncture Treatment On The Influence Of Functional Recovary After Cerebral Ischemia

Objective：To use the "XNKQ" acupuncture method, respectively,once daily duringthe recovery period and every two days a treatment after cerebral ischemia in functionalrecovery of patients, observe the clinical curative effect difference.Methods：Divided the patients (64cases) from the Acupuncture Department ofShanxi People’s Hospital hospital and Shanxi Province Institute of acupuncture andmoxibustion in cerebral ischemia recovery period into the treatment of acupuncture once aday in a group with each two day acupuncture group two, for40consecutive days.Respectively before treatment,20days later,40days later were used Fugl-Meyerevaluation method and Barthel Index classification to assess. The acupuncture stimulationobserved at different time intervals motor function in patients with cerebral ischemia andviability, the use of statistical software for statistical analysis of the data obtained theresults of the comparison of the two groups.Results：Before the treatment, the motor activity of the two groups are tested by Fugl一Meyer, and the living ability of them are tested by the grading method of the Barthelindex, and it shows that there is no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After20days, the motor activity, living ability of the two groups are distinctly better than before thetreatment(p<0.01).40days later, the motor activity, living ability of the two groups aremarkedly better than the effect at the1st stage.(p<0.01).After20days, the motor activity,living ability of group1are superior than the group2. After40days, the effect of improvethe motor activity of group1are better than group2(p<0.05), but there is no obviousdifference on living ability(p>0.05).Conclusion：the "XNKQ" acupuncture therapy is a safe and effective method fortreatment of functional recovery after cerebral ischemia, acupuncture once a day and everytwo days one time in acupuncture are effective in improving limb and life ability ofpatients, for patients, daily acupuncture may be more practical.
