Clinical Study On Shuxin Decoction In Treatment Of Premature Beat Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical curative of the method of shugan jianpi jieyu to treat the premature beat of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency,and to preliminary study the mechanism of action. Methods:60 Cases of premature beat of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).30 patients in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Shuxin Decoction 100ml Bid and 30 in control group treated with metoprolol 12.5mg Bid. The treatment course was 4 weeks, then to observe the curative effect.Result: On the comparison of Holter.the frequency of premature beats of treatment group and control group decreased significantly, there were significant differences in group and between groups (P<0.05). Atrial premature beat is superior to ventricular premature beats in treatment group and superior to control group(P< 0.05). the total effective rate of Treatment group is 90.00%,and of the control group is 70.00%;comparison between groups had significant differences(P<0.05).On the chinese medicinal symptom, the effective rate of treatment group is 93.33%,and of the control group is 63.33%,comparison between groups had significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuxin Decoction is an effective and safe chinese herbal medicine prescription to treat premature beat of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency,and it can decrease significantly frequency of premature beats, alleviate clinical symptoms.
