Studies On The Chemical Constituents Of Three Chinese Traditional Medicine

This thesis includes three chapters:chapter 1 covers chemical constituents of the genus Euphorbia helioscopia Linn Chapter 2 covers the chemical constituents of the Resina taxicodendri, the secretion of the genus Toxicodendron vernicifluum (Stokes) F. A. Barkl. The third chapter describes the chemical constituents of the Nidus Vespae, at the last introduces the chemical components and activities the genus Euphorbiahe. As a result,70 compounds were isolated from these plants, and 19 of them were identified as new ones, by the separate material and technology. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic data. The types of these compounds include phenylpropanoids, lignans, sesquiterpenoids, diterpenoids and so on.Chapter 1 introduced the chemical constituents of the Euphorbia helioscopia Linn. It blengs the genus Euphorbiahe, and the dried whole herbal, another name wuduoyun, maoyancao, widespread all of china except xinjiang and xizang province. As a common used traditional Chinese medicine, it can be used for the treatment of ascites, cervical cancer, esophageal cancer. So it is value to deeply exploit. To further study on the chemical constituents of Euphorbiahe lioscopia Linn, this thesis introduces the chemical constituents on detail.22 compounds were isolated from this plant, including 5 new ones. Some of compounds show the low of active to anticancer. This is a complementarity of the genus Euphorbiahe.Chapter 2 discussed the chemical constituents of the Resina taxicodendri. It is come from Toxicodendron vernicifluum (Stokes) F. A. Barkl, many contain the urushiol and laccol, about 50-70%. It also has a biological activity, can cause skin allergy. It was that urushiol can inhibit the cytotoxic activity of the cell wall lymphoblastic leukemia drug disorder, with anti-cancer effects. The Resina Taxicodendri on the right to conduct the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of a preliminary study were isolated by more than 50 compounds, but because it involves the latter part of the patent applications and activity tests and in-depth research work in this paper only a brief description of some of the compounds.
