| Objective: Through comparing with placebo, explore the clinical effects and the roughly effect-acting period of lidocaine/prilocaine creams and capsaicin ointment, at the same time, judge out the effectiveness of these two medicine alleviating the pain caused by fire needles treatment, then determine whether alleviating pain effectiveness will affect the curative effect of fire needles.Methods:Radomly choose 240 cases of facial acne patients, got the fire needles treatment, use single-blind, controlled method. divide into six groups which are placebo 30 minutes, capsaicin ointment 30 minutes, lidocaine/prilocaine creams 30 minutes, placebo 45 minutes, capsaicin ointment 45 minutes, lidocaine/prilocaine creams 45 minutes, respectively according to the time and drug needed to use the corresponding drugs. observe and compare the pain caused by fire needles.(pain judgement through the Visual analogue scale and analgesic effect through the deduction rate response). Follow-up visit after a week and 4 weeks to understand whether the pain alleviating influence the therapeutic of acne by the fire needles treatment.Results:The deduction rate of pain in lidocaine/prilocaine creams for 30 minutes group compared with placebo, no statistically significant differences, but for 45 minutes group, with a statistical significance. the deduction rate of pain in capsaicin ointment for 30 minutes and 45 minutes group compared with placebo, Differences were all not statistically significant. There is not therapeutic influence in acne treat by fire needles after the effective pain relief in lidocaine/prilocaine creams for 45 minutes group.Conclusion:1, Use lidocaine/prilocaine creams alleviate the pain in the treatment of acne by fire needles take 45 minutes to work.2, Use capsaicin ointment alleviate the pain in the treatment of acne by fire needles after 30 and 45 minutes are not working.3, There is not therapeutic influence in acne treated by fire needles after the effective pain relief. |
