Fire Needle Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Nodular Cystic Acne

Objective:By observing the fire needle therapy compared with calamine lotion for external use combined with metronidazole oral treatment of nodules on the basis of the clinical efficacy of cystic acne, the maneuverability of the nodules cystic acne for fire needle treatment to provide a certain basis.Methods60patients with cystic acne nodules were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group using fire needle therapy and control group using calamine lotion for external use combined with metronidazole oral. Randomized controlled trials, treatment after four weeks to observe the clinical manifestations of the two groups of patients with acne and local lesion healing.ResultsTotal effective rate, clinical manifestations, lesion healing, the treatment group were superior to control group, the difference has statistical significance. Results:the treatment group sores curative effect is superior to western medicine group.ConelusionFire needle nodular cystic acne with obvious therapeutic effect, while clinical reference for reference.
