Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined With Fire Needle For Acne Vulgaris(Haemorrheological Nature And Wet Hysteresis)

Objective:Observation the clinical efficacy and the influence of hormone index of testosterone(T),estrodiol(E2)of acne vulgaris patients(the hysteresis of cold and damp)with the prescription named WenJing ZaoShi Decoction combined with fire needle and evaluating the security of it.Methods:using the method of randomized control,the 80 acne vulgaris patients(the hysteresis of cold and damp)that meet the standards are randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the number of the actual completion patients in treatment group is 39,and control group is 37 for exfoliating 4 cases in the process of research observation.Patients in treatment group admit the traditional Chinese medicine named WenJing ZaoShi Decoction combined with fire needle,and the control group takes Tanshinone Capsules.After 8 weeks of treatment,evaluate the clinical efficacy of WenJing ZaoShi Decoction combined with fire needle quanlitatively and quantitatively by comparing 3 aspects such as the skin condition score,TCM syndrome score,skin effect of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.At the same time,determine the levels of testosterone and estrodiol in serum of patients before and after treatment,comparing the improve situation of the related hormones indicators of the two groups.Results:1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the improve situation of skin condition score in treatment group is better than that in control one(P<0.05),and the improve situation of TCM syndrome score in treatment group is better than that in control one(P<0.05).In the study,the number of cured patients in treatment group is 6,the number of excellence is 22,the effective and invalid number is 9 and 2,the totle effective rate of the treatment group is 94.87%;in control group,the number of cured patients is 3,the number of excellence is 12,the effective number is 16,and the invalid is 6,the total effective rate is 83.78%.There is a significant difference comparing the efficacy of the two groups of patients(P<0.05).2.There are significant differences of the content of T and E2 in serum of patients with acne vulgaris comparing the before treatment(P<0.05),after 8 weeks of treatment,the remission of above two hormonal indicators in treatment group is better than the control one(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Comparison of the WenJing ZaoShi Decoction combined with fire needle and the Tanshinone Capsules,the traditional Chinese medicine preparation has the better effects in the remission of both the skin condition score and the TCM syndrome score of the acne vulgaris patients(the hysteresis of cold and damp),and it has a notable curative effect,also,fewer adverse reactions and higher security.2.WenJing ZaoShi Decoction combined with fire needle can regulate the level of T and E2 in serum of patients with acne vulgaris,it may achieve the goal of the acne vulgaris treatment by adjusting the hormone levels of the body.
