| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating qi and yin deficiency syndrome of hidrosis after open heart surgery by observation of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction and its effect on serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),norepinephrine(NE)level effect.To understand the pathogenesis of perspiration syndrome after open heart surgery,and to explore the mechanism and clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in treating the deficiency of both qi and yin of hidrosis open heart surgery,so as to provide an effective decoction for clinical practice.Methods:This study will collect 40 patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery at the Chinese Provincial Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2016 to December 2017.These patients were classified as having qi and yin deficiency syndromes in accordance with the cardiopulmonary bypass surgery and were randomly divided into 2 groups.There were 20 patients in the treatment group and 20 in the control group.The control group was not treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine.Western medicine was only given symptomatic treatment.Patients in the treatment group were given Yiqi Yangyin Decoction after surgery.They were given 2 times a day,morning and evening(half an hour after breakfast and dinner).Medication for 4 weeks.Comparing the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,and norepinephrine,cardiac troponin I,and serum brain natriuretic peptides before and after treatment,clinical efficacy analysis was performed.Results:1.Forty patients with perspiration syndrome and qi and Yin deficiency after open heart surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases each.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,etc.between the two groups,which was balanced and comparable.Bed efficacy comparison:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 62.50%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment:Comparison of therapeutic effect between treatment group and control group:The total effective rate was 89.47%in the treatment group and 52.63%in the control group.After the chi-square test,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was treated by the Yiqiyangyin Decoction.Symptoms improved significantly compared with the control group.3.After the treatment,the main clinical symptoms improved and the scores decreased significantly:in the treatment group,P<0.05,in the control group,P>0.05,and after treatment,P<0.05.4.Serum norepinephrine(NE),serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)were lower in the treated group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).0.05,P<0.05 after treatment.The treatment group was superior to the control group,indicating that the experience of supplementing qi and nourishing yin can effectively reduce BNP,troponin,and norepinephrine in patients with perspiration syndrome after open heart surgery,and improve long-term survival of patients.5.Comparison of adverse events:During the trial,a small number of patients in both groups experienced varying degrees of discomfort,such as mild diarrhea,rancidity,or loss of appetite.The incidence of adverse events in the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05)and was not statistically significant.ConcIusion:From the analysis of the results of this study,the experience of replenishing qi and nourishing yin can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of sweat syndrome after open heart and yin deficiency heart surgery,and can significantly reduce the clinical syndrome symptom scores of patients.In terms of Western medicine detection indicators,Yiqi Yangyin Decoction can improve norepinephrine,serum brain natriuretic peptide,troponin,etc.,its application prospects are wide and clinical efficacy is reliable. |
