The Clinicla Research Of Ginseng Yangrongtang With Te Chemotherapy In Advanced Breast Cancer Of Qi And Blood Deficiency Type's Treatment

Objective:Observed with ginseng Yangrongtang joint TE chemotherapy, the treatment of advanced breast cancer clinical effect of deficiency of both qi and blood.Methods:50 patients with advanced breast cancer patients admitted deficiency of both qi'and blood, were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group (ren shen yang rong joint TE chemotherapy) 25 patients in the control group (TE chemotherapy alone,25 cases). Continuous observation of two cycles of chemotherapy, the clinical symptoms were compared before and after treatment the improvement in quality of life improvement, tumor markers CEA, CA153 and chemotherapy changes in the occurrence of toxicity.Results:①Comparison of Chinese medicine for improvement of symptoms:After treatment, the symptom score were higher. After treatment groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), suggest ginseng Yangrongtang joint TE chemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of breast cancer patients;②After treatment, the treatment group Karnofsky scores improved in the control group Karnofsky scores decreased in both groups before and after treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the two groups after treatment between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);③Comparison of toxicity:Two groups were the main side effects during chemotherapy were neutropenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. After treatment, the treatment group and control group leukopenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, hair loss and other side effects compared to treatment group than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05), Peripheral nerve damage, arrhythmias and liver dysfunction in the incidence rate is low, by X 2 test, no significant difference (P> 0.05), mood dysfunction in both groups the occurrence of renal dysfunction, were not statistically compared;④tumor markers CEA, CA153 of comparison:The results show that the two groups after treatment CEA values are decreased in both groups before and after treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the two groups after treatment between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); the two groups after treatment CA153 values are decreased in both groups before and after treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the two groups after treatment between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Treatment group in improving clinical symptoms, improve quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of chemotherapy toxicity rate than the control group.Conclusion:Ginseng Yangrongtang joint TE regimen can improve clinical symptoms in patients with advanced breast cancer, increased chemotherapy with fewer side effects, improve patient quality of life, is a deficiency of both qi and blood in treatment of advanced breast cancer effective way.
