Objective This paper attempts to further evaluate the validation of treatment in Jian-kou ligation combined PPH through a multi-center clinical study. Methods 246 qualified cases chosen from 4 hospitals in Hunan were randomly assigned to mixed hemorrhoid Jian-kou ligation combined PPH group, Jian-kou ligation group and PPH group, with which including 82 cases treated respectively.Comparing with the three groups of healing time, the retraction of bad hemorrhoids and the swelling of external hemorrhoids after 1 month follow-up, four indicators of postoperative hemodynamics anorectal by TRS after surgery. Meanwhile, make the evaluation of clinical effect by the cure rate after half month,1 and 6 month follow-up.Results1.In healing time aspect, Jian-kou ligation combined PPH group were significantly better than Jian-kou ligation group (P<0.01). After 1 month follow-up, We can conclude that Jian-kou ligation combined PPH group were better than two control groups in retraction of bad hemorrhoids and swelling of external hemorrhoids aspects(P<0.01)。2.After 6 month follow-up,PSV, EDV, RI and PI in Jian-kou ligation combined PPH group were significantly lower than PPH group (P<0.01) and lower than Jian-kou ligation group (P<0.05).3.In cure rate aspect, after half month,1 and 6 month follow-up, the efficacy of Jian-kou ligation combined PPH group was much better than two control groups (P<0.01) (90.42%VS73.13 VS51.22,95.12%VS81.71 VS80.49,97.56%VS70.73 VS85.37)Conclusion Jian-kou ligation combined PPH is a new technique with more reliable validation for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid which can replace PPH and Jian-kou ligation surgeries。...
