The Clinical Effect Of Radix Paeoniae Injection Combined With External Stripping And Internal Ligation In The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of radix paeoniae injection combined with external stripping and internal ligation on mixed hemorrhoids.Through the efficacy evaluation,it provides a simple,economical and effective way for the clinical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,to improve the treatment effect,reduce the rate of postoperative recurrence,and improve the quality of life of patients after hemorrhoid surgery,so as to better serve patients.Methods:In this study,80 patients diagnosed with mixed hemorrhoids who met the requirements of this study were selected and randomly divided into the combined treatment group and the single treatment group,with 40 patients in each group.The preoperative preparation work of the combined treatment group and the single treatment group was the same,the preoperative examination had been improved,the contraindication of the operation was excluded,and the external stripping and internal ligation were performed under the anesthesia of lumbar acupoint and intravenous anesthesia.In the combined treatment group,40 patients were injected with radix paeoniae injection(radix paeoniae injection + normal saline,with a ratio of 1:1)directly into the base of the hemorrhoid ligation,1cm submucosa on the ligation line,and into the smaller internal hemorrhoids for ligation,about 5ml per point.Patients with rectal mucosal laxity were injected under the relaxed mucosa at the same time.Submucosal injection of radix paeoniae injection was not given to 40 patients in the treatment group.Patients in both groups underwent dressing change on the first day after surgery,and the operation method was consistent.After treatment,the two groups were compared to observe the conditions of anal edema,pain,bleeding,dilatation,anal stricture,defecation and urination.The long-term telephone follow-up was conducted to observe the long-term recurrence rate.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of all experimental data,and chi-square test,t test or yi and he test were used to test the relevant data.P < 0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)the general conditions of the patients in the combined treatment group and the treatment group were compared before and after treatment.The two groups were analyzed by statistical software in terms of gender,age,course of disease,and operation time.(2)postoperative pain and perianal edema: 1 and 3 days after the surgery,the comparison of perianal edema between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Seven days after the operation,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.The postoperative pain of the two groups was compared and analyzed on day 1,3 and 7,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)postoperative anal stenosis: the anal stenosis in the combined treatment group was significantly less than that in the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.(4)regarding postoperative urination and defecation: Postoperative urination,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.The first bowel movement after the operation,P<0.05,was statistically significant,and the combined treatment group was better than the singletreatment group.(5)efficacy evaluation: 6 months after the operation,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).One year after the operation,the clinical efficacy of the combined treatment group was better than that of the single treatment group,and the postoperative recurrence rate of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant).Conclusion:Que times within injection combined external strip of comprehensive medical treatment method for mixed hemorrhoid operation,simple operation,easy to master,trauma small damage,almost no adverse reaction,recurrence risk is relatively low,less complications and sequelae,tubing from the biggest extent reduced the local anatomic structure damage,best to protect the function of the anus(mainly is to protect the mucosa,repair,anal cushion,does not destroy or damage the normal tissue),improve the curative effect and can improve the patients quality of life,after treated clinically for mixed hemorrhoid provide a safe,reliable,useful and effective way of health care.
