Objective:By using the hemorrhoid nuclear dual-use ligation pliers + xiaozhi spirit hemorrhoid injection therapy to treat prolapse clinical curative effect of observation, and with PPH surgery + xiaozhi spirit comparing the curative effect of injection therapy, to explore new ways to treat prolapse of hemorrhoids, new ideas, provide digital basis for clinical treatment of prolapse hemorrhoid.Methods : Choice in November 2014 to March 2015, 60 cases of prolapse,hemorrhoids patients diagnosis accord with standard of the clinical diagnosis of hemorrhoid guide; ? ~ ? hemorrhoids with bleeding and out, cannot relieve symptoms after conservative treatment. The were randomly divided into trial group and control group,30 cases each. Patients with hemorrhoid nuclear dual-use ligation pliers(new independent intellectual property rights, patent no. 2011205022389.1) + xiaozhi spirit(of alum,tannic acid,cross-linked with tertiary butyl alcohol,low molecular dextran injection, gallnut, etc.)injection therapy; Control application of PPH(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids)surgery + xiaozhi spirit of(such as alum, tannic acid,cross-linked with tertiary butyl alcohol,low molecular dextran injection, gallnut) injection therapy, compared two groups within 48 hours of postoperative anal pain, anal bleeding, anal edema, incidence of urinary retention and postoperative efficacy [1].Results : Comparison between the two groups: 1:3 hours postoperative pain,postoperative pain, application of ligation therapy average pain rating is lower than the application of PPH method, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups; Postoperative pain in 5 hours and the next day, there was no statistically significant difference in between the two groups. 2: postoperative edema; No statistically significant differences between the two groups; 3: postoperative bleeding; No statistically significant differences between the two groups; 4: postoperative urine retention; Apply ligation therapy with urinary retention was 13.33%(4/30), less than 43.33% of the application of PPH method(13/30), the difference was statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion : With haemorrhoids amphibious ligation pliers(new independent intellectual property rights, patent no. 2011205022389.1) + xiaozhi spirit of(such as alum,tannic acid,cross-linked with tertiary butyl alcohol,low molecular dextran injection, gallnut)hemorrhoid injection therapy to treat prolapse more satisfactory clinical results have beenachieved. Experimental group is better than that of control group in terms of postoperative pain and postoperative urinary retention, mechanism is a synthetic block hemorrhoid ligation of submucosal veins, the ulcer surface scarring after ischemic necrosis, mucous membrane by scar can make anus mat. The method to treat prolapsed hemorrhoid complication rates were low, long-term and short-term curative effect is better.
