Objective:To study the clinical efficiacy and pharmacological mechanism of Qubai Dection combined with Ver-nohia anthelmintica Willd (VW) injection in Vitiligo with Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney.Methods:70 patients with Vitiligo were divided into two groups randomly, treatment group, controlled group, they were both 35 cases. The treatment one added to oral Qubai Dection combined with Ver-nohia anthelmintica Willd (VW) injection, the controlled added to Ver-nohia anthelmintica Willd (VW) injection. We observed three monthes and recorded of changes in skin lesions monthly. Results:After 3 monthes, observe the clinical efficacy. In treatment group which had 33 cases, clinical cure results had been achieve in 5 cases, notable effective results in 9 cases and effective results in 11 cases, while noneffective results in 8 cases, the response rate was 75.76%. In controlled group which had 34 cases, clinical cure results had been achieve in 2 cases, notable effective results in 7 cases and effective results in 9 cases, while noneffective results in 16 cases, the response rate was 52.94%. Statistic analysis on clinical efficacy was compared in two groups by statistical software monthly. In the second month, there were considerable differences between two groups(p<0.05).In this treatment, they all didn't appear significant adverse reaction. Conclusions:Using Qubai Dection combined with the Ver-nohia anthelmintica Willd (VW) injection had the more prominent benefit in patients with vitiligo planae than the controlled group, and the onset time was more earlier.
