| Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an important component of the Chinese health system and has made great contributions to the prosperity and development of the whole nation. Chinese medicine for its significant clinical efficacy, strong ethnic characteristics, unique treatment methods, system theory, documents and historical materials of the forest has been the vast tower in the world medical, and has been a treasure-house of the common wealth of the people of Medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine theory is very close to the concept of community health services. Chinese medicine has the characteristics of "simple, easy, experience, honesty", and for that Sub-health problems can be solved. Also TCM serving for the community is of great importance in resolving issues such as the difficulty and high cost of getting medical service. At the same time our party and government give the vigorously support of Traditional Chinese Medicine. For that all Chinese medicine in community health services will have broad prospects, as a bridgehead for cross-strait exchanges and the capital of Fujian Province, Fuzhou not only has the responsibility for promoting the culture exchange of TCM, but also must be the example of development of Chinese medicine in Fujian or the Southeast. In these years TCM has developed rapidly in Fuzhou, which is considered as one representative.This study is carry out to investigate the needs and of TCM in community hygiene in Fuzhou, to make an analysis on its influential fators, to find the problems and their improving measure. By means of literal community hygiene in Fuzhou, to make an analysis on its influential fators, to find the problems and their improving measure.By means of literal analysis, questionnaire method and interview, we made study on the needs of TCM community medical services in thirty communities and analyzed it statistically.Results:Residents understand the medical and health services in the community primarily through community outreach, but the gender of the medical use of community health services is not very different; Residents of traditional Chinese medicine community are satisfied with the health services, but its utilization is not high;Service projects carried out of traditional Chinese medicine are still far from meeting the needs of the masses; Age, education, employment status, family income is the influencing factor of community residents to choose in Chinese medicine community health service.Suggestions:Continue to increase policy support and capital investment, and improve the security mechanism; To carry out targeted promotional activities; For different community groups to conduct community health services in medicine. Enrich Community Health Project of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the functional requirements of the residents of the community orientation, we should have a clear direction of development of Chinese medicine and health services. |
