Objective:With the continuous development of Chinese medicine education and the social changes in demand for Chinese people, Chinese traditional education institutions become more highlighted shortcomings in the promotion of the students'TCM clinical thinking ability. This study aimed to design a TCM Clinical Teaching Mode in order to improve the thinking ability in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Based on the theoretical study, we proposed optimization model of traditional Chinese medicine clinical teaching hypothesis, that is Chinese medicine clinical teaching should be based on the goal of culturing TCM clinical thinking ability, and should be based on the carrier of differential treatment process of typical cases, and accumulation of knowledge and mastering of skills should be the main content, and should be Student-centered, in order to effectively promote the teaching of the implementation using teaching evaluation. According to the teaching model hypothesis, we use "TCM Internal Medicine " as an example to design the teaching, implement the teaching and evaluate the teaching effectiveness. Results:The new teaching model received unanimously favorable opinion from the students, promoted the cultivation of students'TCM thinking ability, enhanced self-learning ability, changed the attitude towards learning, improved the learning initiative and enthusiasm. Conclusion:The new teaching model can effectively promote the students' TCM clinical thinking abilities and have greater feasibility and superiority, and worth to be promoted in the teaching of clinical medicine. |
