| Along with the continuously raise of the river pollution and drinking water standard, with the development of living level, the problem of drinking water safety of the village region is taken count of the country, and, the requirement of the drinking water is becoming higher and higher. Small high efficient water treatment equipment is studied in this research to solve the problem in some village regions that supply drinking water in large scale. Also, through the methods of electrochemistry, a kind of pipe electro-coagulation equipment matched to this equipment is studied to replace the chemical coagulation technology.In the first part, the effect of the PAC amount, the coagulation condition, the sediment condition and the treating water amount is studied on the turbidity treatment. It is known in the study that improving the PAC amount can increase the treatment effect. However, when considering the economy factor, the best amount is 20mg/L. Compared with empty-tank reactor and Powell-ring reactor and empty-ball reactor, it is found that the effect of empty-ball reactor is better and it is not easy to accumulate mud. The effect of the sediment can be better in releasing mud successively compared to intermittently. However, the water amount consumed is lager. Debasing the treatment amount can increase the treatment effect. However, it is easy to accumulate mud. In the best condition of treating turbidity, this equipment has good effect in treating COD. And the effluent can reach the country standard.In the second part, the effect of electric current density, the interval between two polar plates, pH value, the filter and the exchange of the currently is studied on the turbidity treatment. The eliminating of COD is also studied. It is compared with PAC coagulation in economy. through study, the equipment has best effect in the flowing conditions: the electric current density is 3.33mA/cm~2, the interval is 5mm and the pH value is 7~8. In these conditions, the COD discharge rate can reach to 30%. Through comparing in economy, it has little difference in the energy consumption and material consumption with the electric coagulation and chemical coagulation. However, the traffic expense and the construction expense can be saved.So, it can be seen that these equipments has high efficiency, little area and can be easy to carry. It is suitable for drinking water treatment in village region. |
